ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for processing and production of your order before it is shipped out.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location:

  • Germany, France, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia:
    • Free Shipping (7-15 business days)
    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) - $6.99

Note: Some orders may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, weather, or natural disasters. Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our tracking page. Please note that products may ship from different fulfillment centers and tracking information may be updated separately for each package.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it without penalty. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us at support@rokcar.com for further assistance. To cancel your order, email us with the subject line "CANCEL and your ORDER NUMBER."

ADDRESS ERRORS

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting support@rokcar.com. Address changes can only be processed within 24 hours of placing the order.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through our Contact us page with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
