30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Include your proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
